Best sorc damage mf build with low +skills

Putting together a sorc with very high mf.

3 pieces tals + occu, war travs, chancies etc.

Because I also want to stack 7mf small charms I am wondering what the best build is to run without any skillers.

I am guessing best place to magic find is tz andy and meph so maybe even hydra because its really strong single target?

Or is blizzard just straight up superior?
