Do you guys think it's time for the Leopard 2A8 and Stridsvagn 123 yet?

USA has recieved the M1A2 SEPv3 and Russia has recieved the T-90 (Arena-M) would it not be fair for the 3rd major nation and it's top tier "clone" to get their new toys too? Or do you guys think it's not yet time for the Leo2A8 and Strv123?
