Refuse returnless refund

I’m truly done with TikTok and pulling all my stock from FBT but yet another customer is requesting a returnless refund. I was fine offering that in the past but after being treated like crap by TTS and this customer clearly not wanting to return my product and being unable to prove that it’s defective has left me even more soured.

Out of curiosity, is there anything I can do besides deny the refund-only request and leave things at TikTok’s whim to decide what happens? The product is cheap enough but I’m done being nice and giving things away for free to people that can’t prove a defect.

I noticed this uptick recently after I received public 5-star feedback on customer service where I sent returnless replacements or processed returnless refunds without them being requested.

Help / guidance will be appreciated and my apologies for the frustrated post. TTS is just crap for sellers now and I don’t want to encourage clear moocher behavior.
