Yorushika piano sheet music books question

I recently saw some Yorushika sheet music books online and I was wondering how legit these are and if this website is a legit source/safe for purchasing from? I linked a couple here.

I really want to learn some Yorushika piano songs so these would be perfect if legit.

P.S. if any of you own the second one "Easy Piano Solo Yorushika Selection with Katakana Note Names", how beginner level is it really? I'm looking for more intermediate level.

Thank you!
