Am I tripping or is Nine Sols second half harder than Sekiro? Is my opinion based? (Only bosses, regular enemies both games are cake)

I have beaten Sekiro years ago and yes it was hard, i remember needing 6 hours for isshin. And other bosses 1,5 to 2 hours. After that first playthrough it was a cakewalk even on charmless since i knew all attack patterns still in muscle memory.

Now Nine Sols after Lady E until final boss feels like Sekiro on steroids. With all the tools tha game gives you it is way harder to master than Sekiro's left bumpery, right bumper, Jump, Mikiri, tools. Nine sols has left parry, right parry, mid air parry, unbound paary, dodge, Qi bombs.

Now the bosses in sekiro go like "pew pew pew"

The bosses in Nine Sols go like "BANG, CHANG, POW, WOOM"

If you get what I mean. Sekiro is also very hard dont get me wrong but man Nine Sols makes me hold my controller hard and go hyper focus mode since the bosses keep pulling out attacks out of there ass nonstop that you cant blink. Eg owl and isshin are hard bosses but they easily allow you to breath and blink every now and then.

Your thoughts about my comment? is it based or really just personal impression?
