38 year old man seeking friendships

I’m a 38 year old man hoping to find friends who enjoy communication. I currently have a weak friendship circle. I’m mental healthwise disabled so my communication isn’t the best, but I’m rather extroverted. But even if you are not that social, feel free to post. I enjoy people - so the more the merrier. I don’t want to be to picky thus shooting myself in the foot. I don’t really watch movies or such just enjoy hanging out with my family, my golden retriever, and reading/researching on the internet.  I am fairly new to Reddit posting, but thought I would give this a try to connect to people.
