Appealing ban on brand new account

Appreciate there are a lot of posts like this, but none the less I’d appreciate the community’s advice.

I’ve played WoW on and off for about 15 years. My girlfriend has recently got into the game, just in the past month or so, and we’ve been exclusively playing classic hardcore together.

She’s received a permanent ban for ‘exploitation of game mechanics’. Like I said, she’s only had an account about a month, only plays on hardcore realms, almost always only with me (I play on my account obviously), and frankly she wouldn’t have the technical knowledge to use any exploits. She does play on a Mac, but I don’t know if that’s relevant?

We’ve submitted an appeal, but it’s been rejected so we’ve submitted a second appeal. Neither ban nor rejection letter has any information on why she’s been banned.

Really welcome any advice on handling.
