Will I like The Witcher 3 after playing Cyberpunk 2077?

It wouldn't be my first time trying; I played it with a keyboard and mouse before but gave up because I found the experience pretty bad. Now, however, I have a controller and want to know if a Cyberpunk 2077 fan might end up liking TW3. I never really understood the hype surrounding the game, but I’ve suddenly felt the urge to give it another shot.

Also, what should I expect regarding character building and combat?
