Understanding automated AI image carousel creation and publishing for fitness page

Literally just came across automated image-carousel creation an hour ago (lol) and want to understand whether this could realistically built:

I'd want to create a TikTok fitness carousels made up of 5/6 photos. For example “best bicep exercises” or “lower-body workout” and for the workflow to be something like:

1. Generate carousel structure and exercise selection
2. Create a separate image for each slide
3. Keep same character and visual style
4. Show anatomically accurate poses and gym equipment
5. Highlight the relevant muscle group in red on each image
6. Add the appropriate headline or instructional text
7. Export the six images separately to upload to TikTok

I've screenshotted an Inspo page which gives a rough idea of the visuals. I'd love for the flow to maintain the same mascot, proportions and design across different exercises rather than generating a completely different-looking character each time.

I’m doing this alongside a full-time job and another project so I’m looking for an economical (cheap lol) approach.

Has anyone built something like this or could suggest what the workflow and tool stack might look like?
