Gay Male Bttm HPV. Looking for others experience with surgery
So I was confirmed to have an anal wart right barely on the inside of anal canal. I could see it when pushing. I first noticed Oct 2025 had an appt Dec 2025 due to bleeding that scared me then surgery Feb 2026. Surgeon biopsy the wart and said he cauterized 9 other regions in total. In his words “there was only the one wart and I cauterized anything else that looked at me sideways”. I was terrified to do anything back there after surgery due to the pain the follow week and amt of blood I saw so I waited like 2 months. Eventually I tried some dilators I got on Amazon seemed to be okay till I got to the largest one at 1.26in wide. Then I felt like I couldn’t stretch any further. I got in but made a weird movement is when the sensation happened. I also cannot enjoy any movement. It has to stay still which takes sex off the table. After that I just didn’t try again until I started attempting dating again in June. Same issue plus a little bit of burning now with the largest but the burning feels like it’s inside right at the end of the internal sphincter. Do we think is is probably just to due to muscle spasms and should eventually get better with continued dilation? No blood during it or pain with stools. Just overall feels tight. At first I thought I had stenosis but I think I’d not be able to fit anything in if that were the case. Idk I think about trans women getting a vaginoplasty and that is much more extreme but they still can achieve enjoyable penetration. So my set up has to be much easier to get back to enjoyable sex right? It’s just so frustrating. It’s a huge quality of life issue and super depressing to not be able to be physically intimate for almost a year now. Anyone else have any advice/similar experience?
