Local gems for a day trip in August?

I’m coming to see the foo fighters in August, I’m going to get there about 5-6 hours before show time and was wondering if you all could point me in the direction of spots I NEED to try

Ideally places that aren’t formal sit down places, maybe a few of those too because we may down the night and leave the next day.
