League Riot Dev

I’ve been needing a Riot Dev from league to help work with me in conclusion of getting my compromised account back. I’ve tried remembering all that I could in terms of DOB, time and place the account was made. I even provided screenshots of receipts of what was bought on the account, however, they close the ticket right away. Anyone who can help me, even a DEV please contact me. I am able to log into the account, create a ticket and submit one, but unable to even play league as a whole.
