Need independent studio apartment/1rk room near CSMJU

Hi everyone!

I'm a 23-year-old working professional looking for a room near CSJM University, preferably close to the metro station or within walking distance of the campus.

I work from home, so a stable Wi-Fi connection and a peaceful environment are important. I'm also preparing for competitive exams, so I'm looking for a place that's comfortable for both work and study.

I'm open to:

• A private room in a shared flat.
• Someone looking for a flatmate in a 2 BHK (my budget is around ₹4,000–₹6,000 per room).
• An independent room or apartment.

I'd prefer a place where occasional visitors are allowed, as my parents, cousins, or girlfriend may visit from time to time. I don't host parties or create disturbances—I'm generally busy with work and studies.

If you know of any available rooms or are looking for a flatmate, please let me know. Thanks!

P.S: Would probably shift in August first week at max.
