Baby registries after miscarriage

Hi all, I recently lost my pregnancy but out of excitement I had already made a baby registry. If I made a registry and got all the freebies/kept it open to get the completion discounts (because I know down the road I will have babies so might as well prepare), would that cause problems with future registries or keep me from getting any of those same things again later on?

Just curious if anyone has experienced anything that might help guide what I do next.
