Need genuine help

Hey guys tbh im struggling to keep my tasks organized between all these different apps. I use notion for notes and chatgpt for brainstorming buut integrating them takes forever. Recently started trying zapier and this new tool called runable to automate things and its ok ig. What do yall use to tie everything together without losing your mind lol
