GTA V Enhanced (FitGirl) - "Failed to load due to an incomplete installation" even though all files verify OK

gta error

Hi everyone,

I downloaded the latest GTA V Enhanced FitGirl repack, but I can't get it to launch.

Every time I start the game, I get this error:

Here's what I've already tried:

• Verified the installation using QuickSFV — 294 files checked, all files OK.
• Windows Defender is completely disabled, so no files are being quarantined or deleted.
• Reinstalled the game multiple times from scratch.
• Confirmed that all the expected game files are present after installation.

Nothing has worked, and I still get the same error every time.

If anyone has encountered this issue with the FitGirl release and managed to fix it, please let me know what solved it. Thanks!
