Reports for not delivering

Posting for my bf: he’s gotten 2 reports now for not delivering the order, when he certainly has. The one was a didn’t require a photo, but yesterdays delivery did, which he gave, and they still reported it not delivered. He tried to contact support but got some AI bd response. Is there anything else he can do? He JUST got to 100 deliveries to remove the first one and then he got another
