Should I rehome?

Im struggling with the thought of rehoming my 6 year old green cheek conure. I’ve had her since she was a few months old. I’m 20 and my life is continuously getting busier between school and work and I feel like I spend less and less time with her. I love her but sometimes I feel like she could be happier elsewhere. There is a bird rescue in my town so I do have a place where I can take her but I just don’t know if it’s the right decision. I have time to think about it but I would just like some advice, thank you!

She also hates my boyfriend which isn’t the biggest deal but as time goes by, moving in together is becoming apart of our plan lol
