Struggling newbie

Hey yall, I picked up starfield just to build ships. I have been playing rpgs my whole life but now days it’s hard with my schedule to really dive deep. So I like to just spend my time building.

I am struggling. Downloaded about 20 mods and I am having issues running them on the builds. A lot of the components are not lining up (doors leading to empty space, doors not there at all, doors blocked by furniture or clipping). Any advice on what mods I need to correct this? I just want to build cool ships like yall.
