Problems with fed ex and Vinted support

I dropped off my package on the 8th at a office depo fed ex spot that I normally have no issues with it’s closer than any fed ex store near me. No scan it’s only been two days and office depo confirmed it was picked up the same day and I have the receipt. No acceptance scan yet and Vinted says if they don’t get one by the 13th they will cancel the order. The buyer hasn’t responded, support hasn’t responded, fed ex knows nothing about where it could be. I could lose my item and my sale. Vinted says they may not respond for 48 hours and that’s how much time I have until they auto cancel. I’m at a loss. I don’t know what to do now. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.
