I think I'll be alone forever

I [20M] seem to have a high level of sociopathy, I'm rarely interested in the opinions of others, or rather, I don't care if their opinions don't benefit me materially or emotionally, I've tried to make friends or something, but as soon as I've taken off my mask in front of them and shown my true self, I've been told that I'm weird or crazy.

For example, recently I saw a woman fall to the ground and did not move, several people ran to her and tried to provide first aid, and another person, it was a man of about 40 years old, called an ambulance, and I just sat and watched as if at a scene from a movie.
