Brown pigmentation on my upper eyelids (19M) – any safe treatments?

Hi everyone,

I'm a 19-year-old male, and I have pigmentation on both of my upper eyelids. I've had it for quite some time. It doesn't itch or hurt, but I'd like to reduce its appearance.

I'm looking for treatments or eye creams that are safe to use on the eyelids. Has anyone had success with ingredients like niacinamide, or are there other products or treatments that worked for you?
