The game changed my controls by itself

Mid naval combat my game just changed/broke my controls by itself.
I now have 4 pause buttons.
I cannot open the map and i cannot opet my inventory.
I try to open my map, i pause. I try to open my inventory, i pause.
Anyone know how to fix it?
