Cornea Ectasia - I am scared

I went to an eye specialist today and he suspect cornea ectasia in my right eye but not definitive

Three months ago I slept with contacts on and my right eye got really red. I was prescribed drops for 7 days, it all heal.

My prescription in my right eye still the same. Could that be providing an inconclusive result? Wouldn’t that heal by now?
