First consultation for top surgery

I will be going for my first consultation at cgh with Dr Jeremy. Im not sure what to prepare other than the letter the polyclinic asked for me to pass over. Would appreciate if anyone could advise on what the process would be, what questions would be asked, whether or not I would hv to show my chest (mainly so that I will avoid tape that day if needed), or other concerns I need to account for. Im intending to ask about subsidies ofc, but other than that Im not so sure. Thanks in advance, esp those who helped me out in previous posts on what to do!
