Disciplinary Process

*Hypothetically*

Im a shift leader and I’m been accused of:

• Gross Misconduct - Recording CCTV footage on your personal mobile device
• Data protection breach - Uploading CCTV footage to a social media platform ( Which is also gross misconduct I think? )

Then after the investigation meeting, the disciplinary was cancelled at the start of the meeting due to more allegations of:

• A Deliberate Breach of Health & Safety, chasing a shoplifter and left the store
• Deliberate disregard of Tesco Procedures, namely you have kept spare keys which should be monitored under key control processes, these are alleged to open several areas of the check-out department.

And i’m being accused of this 2 weeks after stepping down to a colleague due to mental health reasons and being off for 4 weeks

All of these allegations are committed DAILY by colleagues, shift leaders and management team( including the store manager ) and I am the only one being disciplined for it

Is this victimisation?
