Replaced plugs, wires, and valve cover gaskets, now it won’t start?

I have a 2006 Subaru Impreza. Replaced the valve cover gaskets, spark tube seals, plugs and wires, and now it won’t start. I double checked everything I unplugged and this is giving me an headache. Where in earth did I mess up? The only thing I can think that is out of the normal is the fans kick on with the ignition on which I don’t think was the case before. Fan/ac are off.
