I'll be doing Morning Runs in Regents Park @ 6:15 AM (Southeast Corner)

Hi everyone! My name is Franklin, and I'm hoping to meet some local runners and build a small morning running community around Regent's Park.

I haven't found many consistent early morning run groups in the Marylebone area, so I figured I'd start one.

If you're interested, I'll be at the northwest corner of Park Square East and Marylebone Road at 6:15 AM.

Most of my easy runs are around 8:30 to 9:30 min/mile (5:15 to 5:55 min/km), and I'll probably do one workout each week as well. Happy to run with people at different paces if it works out.

I'll be there starting Monday, July 13, and plan to be there every morning this week unless I post otherwise. I'm thinking 5-7 miles for Monday.
