20F Looking for a Female Flatmate Near NSUT

20F here, joining MA at NSUT and looking for a female flatmate to rent a 2BHK together (separate rooms).

Planning to look for flats in Sector 13, 14, 12, 3, 4, 16B, 17, or any nearby area with good metro connectivity to NSUT.

Budget: Around ₹10k–15k per person (preferably a semi/fully furnished flat).

I'm clean, respectful of personal space, and would prefer someone who's looking for a flat rather than a PG. We can search for flats together and decide on one that works for both of us.

If you're interested or in the same situation, feel free to DM me! 😊
