Seoul skin trip in October. Am I missing anything?

Seeking Advice👶🏻

I booked flights to Seoul for October to get some skin boosters and lifting, but choosing a clinic is tough. After two weeks of research, I’m about to drop a deposit. Here is what I’ve figured out so far, and I'd love to know what I'm missing.
First, ‘english-speaking’ can be a trap. I messaged over 20 places, and about half dodged the question when I asked if I’d actually get to consult with the doctor in english. At a lot of spots, you just talk to a salesperson, and the doctor only shows up for the actual needles. For my procedures, I really want the doctor making those judgment calls.
I also learned to ask for both the korean and english price lists because they don’t always line up, and looking up names directly on naver gives a much more honest picture than english reviews. If you hate needles like me, look closely at their pain protocols too, some spots have high-tech setups to minimize pain, while others just slap on some numbing cream. Also, just a heads-up if anyone else is planning a trip, that 10% VAT tourist refund on cosmetic procedures actually ended this past january, so the quote you get is what you pay.
I actually found a random breakdown online that compared spots by doctor consults, pain management, and pricing transparency, which helped me narrow it down a ton. For anyone who has actually done a skin trip to seoul, what do you wish you checked before booking? Did anything surprise you once you got there?
