What handheld?

I'm trying to find the perfect handheld for me. I'm just starting to get into retro style games and some games from the 2010's. I also want to play some moderately heavy PC games, but nothing too crazy. I have a 700 dollar budget and this handheld will be my go to and one and only. I have had a steam deck and a rog ally z1 in the past and sold them both since they were too chunky for me personally. If anyone can help a brother out I would greatly appreciate it!!
