requesting medical records

People really should do this. Every person who has been 5150'd, sectioned, whatever should request notes from the hospital. I recently did this and asked for every thing that was noted for the stay and during my stay, 145 pages of notes. I don't think they expect people to come out and want what happened inside documented out in the world. If everyone requested the records I don't think it would be so shadowy.
