Got scammed be aware

I am a fool to fall for this scam. Idk this is the right place to post this or not and correct tag or not. So I got this guy on Instagram who was selling weed vape for around 2 to 2.5k I had 2k so i first asked him for proof he showed me few screenshot of payment and i made the payment and after that he said it will take 2 weeks to deliver and then he messaged me that the guy who he ordered from is asking for 1000 more to release the shipment at that point I knew I fucked up and im getting scammed I didnt pay him any more and i asked him for refund he said he already paid can't do anything, typically scammer lines.

Idk if its allowed to put insta id here if its allowed please tell me in comments so i will edit and attach it. So Noone falls for it
