AppleOne Premier credits

Anyone that has the Premier plan sign up for the tv and music via Chase for the monthly discount get theirs?

I had mine all set up, showed 21.95/mo and then just got charged full price today and now in the settings shows the regular price

Anyone got a successful DP with the credits working ?
