Hi everyone! Today I’m going to talk about Darth Sidious from beginning to end!

Darth Sidious, better known as Emperor Palpatine, was cold, harsh, and deeply hated his father when he was younger, as he thought he was weak. One day, Darth Plagueis (a Sith Master) became Palpatine's master. After these events, Palpatine was manipulated and molded to be a great Sith, cruel to everyone, and a master manipulator. He coldly killed his family and changed his name to Darth Sidious (which comes from "insidious", meaning manipulative, treacherous, cunning, and deceitful).

In Ep 1: The Phantom Menace, he becomes Chancellor Palpatine. During the events of The Phantom Menace, he created a "mask" that hid his true appearance and a Force "cloud" that blocked the Jedi from predicting the creation of the Galactic Empire or sensing the presence of a Sith. Upon becoming Chancellor, he got his master drunk and killed him with Force lightning.

Later, in Ep 3: Revenge of the Sith, he turns Anakin Skywalker to the Dark Side and uses him as a pawn throughout the Star Wars saga. Right after getting his new apprentice, whose name was changed to Darth Vader, he executed Order 66, which created the Empire and wiped out the Jedi. Vader's armor was purposefully designed to be vulnerable to Force lightning just in case Vader went rogue and tried to kill him, showing that Palpatine was prepared for absolutely everything.

After Order 66, Project Necromancer was activated, and the Empire began kidnapping Force-sensitive children to harvest their blood to create clones for the Emperor. They succeeded, but the clones aged way too fast, so he had to switch bodies multiple times (yes, he was creating clones to possess them and live longer).

In Ep 6: Return of the Jedi, the Emperor was thrown down the Death Star II reactor shaft. Later, in Ep 9: The Rise of Skywalker, Palpatine returns in a clone body hooked up to a massive machine that sustains the clone's life. However, he is killed when Kylo Ren and Rey use lightsabers to deflect his own lightning back at him, destroying him.

Hope you guys enjoyed it, see you next time!
