Which dental vendors actually handle the logistics without glitches?

I'm close to booking my dental trip to Turkey, but since I'm traveling alone, I'm really nervous about the non-medical part. I see vendors promising 'VIP transfers' and 'all-inclusive' stays, but I’ve heard stories about people being left at the airport or stuck in hotels far away from the clinic.

Has anyone worked with a vendor that actually had their logistics down to a science? I’m looking for a team that literally holds your hand from the moment you land. Who would you trust for a solo trip where you don't want to worry about anything expect healing ?
