Impossible to reach a rep concerning refund for canceled train

Did anyone try to get a refund from Eurostar (having booked directly with them) in the past few weeks where the NL portion of the line was all canceled? I have complete radio silence from them regarding the status of my request and it's impossible to get ahold of them on the phone.
