Nagbirthday party ang kapitbahay ko

So nagbirthday ang anak ng kapitbahay ko. They blocked our street by putting at tent, tables and chairs and making loud noises up until 6pm I think. After ng party nagkaraoke na sila, singing at the top of their lungs.

As a working person at weekend lang nasa bahay para magpahinga, wala ba ako karapatan sa katahimikan?

The HOA allowed them to block the street for the party.

I asked the Barangay officials, unfortunately allowed daw? Hahahahah TF! I ask the Barangay if pwede ako magfile ng complaint against my neighbor and the HOA di ako inassist. Hay. Pilipinas!
