Is your product range optimised for the independent grocery network (IGA, Foodworks, Drakes)?

Many brands struggle to find the right balance between a "wide range" and a "profitable range." Buyers are under significant pressure to cut under-performing SKUs; if you don't present a rationalised range, they will often make the cuts for you.

I am a former category manager who translates raw sales data into actionable, "shelf-ready" commercial strategy. I take your 12-month sales export and turn it into a clear, visualised Action Matrix.

What you get in this audit:
Strategic SKU Matrix: A categorised report defining exactly which SKUs to KEEP (protect), CHANGE (re-price/promo), or DELETE (clean up).
Retailer Margin Check: Verification that your wholesale pricing delivers the expected gross profit margin that retailers demand.
Analyse current store-level distribution to determine which SKUs should be scaled.

I will return your audited, "shelf-ready" SKU list within 72 hours. Let's make your next pitch to the buyers your strongest one yet.
