How to i talk to a real person from Google even if i have to talk to a ai first?

I been trying to find a way to contact Google for help and the only help I get is website telling me to go to the community, screw the community I ask for help one time about how I updated my laptop and the screen was completely black afterwards and all I got was it you fault you went to a scam website and got a virus. Turn out it wasn't my fault that updated turn my backloght off and the only reason I figured it out was because I brought a new laptop and learn how to mirror my laptop to my TV and when I decided to try my luck with my old one with the black screen and the TV had my laptop screen on as bright as day and I was able to use my TV to turn my brightness up on my laptop. So I am done with those loser over there thinking they know everything but knowing nothing
