Is Switzerland lacking any specialties?

As far as I know, there's no official body that releases a census of what specialties seem to be in high demand/ lacking.

So, i've come to ask in reddit... have you noticed any shortages in the medical system? My vested interest is that i'd love to do my specialty in Romandie (Radiology/Anesthesia/Neurology/IM)
