Yes he spent a lot of time by our window looking in!! We take care of a colony of feral cats, giving them food, water, shade, sleeping boxes with blankets, catnip treats, and heating pads in the winter.
All things considered it’s a happy colony and a lot of them are now really tame and content. The other cats are more or less happy outside but this little guy just wanted INSIDE.
There was one rainy day before we adopted him where he just sat in the rain looking in and refusing to take cover. I let him in that day and he took a nice nap inside before our kitties found him and started harassing him.
It was a while between that and adoption.. we had to legally make sure we posted his photo everywhere to make sure he didn’t already belong to someone.. then took him to the vet and got him all fixed up, teeth and all.
Then once he was all healed up a few weeks later we were way too attached to let him go. So grateful he’s ours now, he’s the absolute chillest cat, so mild mannered and adores our baby and laying in our laps.
