What are the best Tier 2 and Tier 3 private engineering colleges in India?

Hi! I don’t have many options left for a college now. I don’t want to take a drop and rather work my way up from whatever college I go to.

Right now, I am looking at for ECE Branch:

• UPES
• Graphic Era
• DY Patil (Navi Mumbai)
• Bennet University
• VIPS

Which out of these is good? Apart from this, what other college can I look at?

Please suggest
