Vegetarian Travelling to Shanghai for two weeks

Hey everyone.
On Friday I’m going to Shanghai. I’m a vegetarian and would like some recommendations of restaurants good for vegetarians , also are authentic Chinese cuisines and would like places to visit that are not tourist traps.
I have checked google maps to look around the city but have heard that’s not the best as google maps isn’t every updated on China.
