21m, day3 of restoration, have questions

I have been keeping this task for long, and it was until saturday, i realised it’s necessary to restore, as i was ignorant about even knowing that the foreskin was natural, and i was cut without my permission.
I start with pulling the skin towards the tip. In the next step, i use the o grip, placed at both the ends, and extend my skin, when flaccid. I practise this 3 times a day- 4 mins each.
While doing this, i noticed that, the stitches had given way to black/ white heads around the scar line, is it normal?
I dont know if they are called that.
Does being cut have an effect on the size and the girth of the penis?
I also want to know about the method i’m following is it mm2/ mm3. And am i prone to any risks?
