[TOMT] Looking for the origin of this cute "Grenade~!" voice clip used in YouTube edits

I've been trying to find the origin of a very short sound effect.

It's a cute female voice saying only "Grenade~!" in English, with a playful tone. It doesn't sound like AI/TTS.

I heard it in this YouTube video at 9:47:

I've already checked common game voice lines (Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege, PUBG, TF2, etc.) but none of them match.

Does anyone recognize where this sound originally comes from? Maybe an anime, a game, a meme, or a TikTok/CapCut sound?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
