Why does Throne asks for shipping on cash gift?

With a new domme her Throne wants to charge me astronomical high fees, like 60%! Few different fees plus shipping, even though these are cash gifts. I would love sending, but not with such high fees. Do you know if my domme might did something wrong when she set up her account and is there something she could change so that Throne takes lower fees? Thank you.
