Pearl Majesty?

I’ve finally managed to get my trade account with Pearl Majesty after 2 months. . Has anyone had successful dealings with this company? I’ve persevered as they have a good choice in wavy/ curly hair. They told me that I couldn’t buy wavy or curly in light blonde/grey/ ashy unless I was trade. So I’ve jumped through the hoops to get a trade account but now I can’t get them to respond to me regarding the shades I need cos they are not on the website. This doesn’t give me a good feeling or is it just me?
