E Cuniculi Help

Hello!

Our 9 year old holland lop was diagnosed yesterday with e cuniculi. On Friday he completely stopped eating so we took him to the vet. They gave him fluids, shaved a tooth spur and sent us along. That night we noticed he became super off balance and he developed a head tilt. We called the vet back and he was diagnosed yesterday. He had his first dose of meds yesterday. When have those with e cuniculi bunnies seen their appetites come back? Unfortunately we are travelling for our wedding (I am moving my flight to stay with him longer). We are force feeding him critical care and his poops are extremely tiny. Just wondering when others have seen a bit of improvement in their bun and when I can breathe a bit of a sigh of relief.
