Tax “adjustment” on overview putting me below 29K (Self Employed)

When my accountant did my books, my net earnings came out at £29,300. Which my SA302 and other documents show.

However I’ve since had an adjustment made on my tax overview on the Self Assessment website, adding just over a grand in tax and putting me below £29K. There’s no explanation given and my accountant reckons it’s for student loans repayment as I forgot to mention that to them.

Does anyone know if this will put me below the earnings requirement in the eyes of the visa service? My documents from the accountant show I do make it, but if I submit the overview too (which I think you have to?) then the amount of tax won’t match be put me below the £29K.

Will this matter? Or will they focus on the documents from the accountant?
